From appetizer to main course, all based on truffles. Wonderful with the pig. The house wine is very respected even by the somelliers. Giorgio is the truffle hunter and the piglet (7 hours of cooking) in charge, Mrs. Paola is the wife and the queen of the kitchen, and the son Samuele expert in wine and sparkling prosecco, very recommendable. The best restaurant we dined in in 4 days in Chianti! Mr. Giorgio made us feel at home, cute internal garden and spectacular dishes, you won't forget the pig with truffles easily! Sublime experience!
Our experience at this place was great. The food is sensational, all based on the freshest truffles personally selected by the owner and divinely cooked by his wife. The place is very characteristic with a very romantic courtyard and with the pleasant company of a magnificent owl. The owners are very kind and helped make our experience even more unique.
